Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, please review our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the project date
No cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the project date
Subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total project balance.
Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the project date
Subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the balance due.
Deposits are non-refundable at this stage.
Cancellations made within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of the project date
Subject to a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the full balance due, whichever is greater.
Any deposits will be forfeited.
